Technical Rehearsal and Reception

(Enthusiast level – $250 +)
Evening technical rehearsals provide a behind-the-scenes look at the process of bringing a performance from the studio to the stage. Join us for a wine and cheese reception in the lobby and then watch as the lighting, sound and other technical aspects of staging the production are tested while the dancers rehearse.

Pennsylvania Ballet Panel Discussion and Reception

(Aficionado level – $1,000 +)
This members-only lecture series offers a scholarly discussion about dance with members of Pennsylvania Ballet’s artistic staff and cultural leaders from the Philadelphia area. This year the panel discussion will focus on the different types of classical ballet styles: Vaganova (Russian), Cecchetti (Italian), Bournonville (Danish) and Balanchine (American) and how these styles are blended in our Company.
