Born in Abington, PA, Jacqueline Callahan started her classical ballet training at age 6 at The Rock School for Dance Education. In 2010, she continued her training at The School of American Ballet. She supplemented her training with summer intensives at Boston Ballet SDP and The School of American Ballet, both on full scholarships. In 2012, Ms. Callahan graduated Professional Performing Arts School in New York.
Ms. Callahan joined Pennsylvania Ballet II for 2014-2015 season and joined the Company as an Apprentice for the 2016/2017 season. Her performances with the Company include Angel Corella’s Don Quixote, George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker and Concerto Barocco, Serenade and The Four Temperaments Christopher Wheeldon’s Swan Lake.
She is currently attending University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications.
