Update from The School of Pennsylvania Ballet

The health and safety of our staff, our students and our community is always of utmost importance and especially now considering the outbreak of the Coronavirus. Given the spread of COVID-19 in Pennsylvania and throughout the Philadelphia area, and in keeping with recommendations from Governors Wolf and Murphy and other health authorities, we have made the decision to close The School of Pennsylvania Ballet effective immediately and expect the closure to continue through Friday, May 15, 2020.

While there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 within our student base or staff, we are committed to the health and safety of our community. Additional communication will be delivered to our families as we learn more and make decisions based on the recommendations received from state and local authorities.

This is a rapidly evolving situation, and we thank you for your understanding as we plan next steps.
