Born in Naperville, IL, Therese Davis received her early training at Faubourg School of Ballet and privately with Elise Flagg. She also studied on scholarship in Pacific Northwest Ballet's Professional Division, where she performed with the company in The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and Cinderella, and on scholarship at the School of American Ballet’s summer course.
In 2013, she joined the Dutch National Ballet’s Junior Company. She then joined the Grand Rapids Ballet for two seasons where she performed soloist and principal roles.
Ms. Davis was a semi-finalist in the 2011 Prix de Lausanne and the 2015 recipient of the Lorna Strassler Award from Jacob’s Pillow. In collaboration with the Dutch National Ballet, Ms. Davis modeled in a Viktor&Rolf fashion show and demonstrated choreography for the iPhone app Bounden.
Ms. Davis joined Pennsylvania Ballet as an Apprentice for the 2016/2017 Season.
