Q: This sounds great! How do I sign up?

A: To sign up and purchase a Curtain Pass you must register online. Registrations cannot be accepted by phone or at the theater box office.

Q: I purchased a Curtain Pass online, now how do I select my performance dates?

A: The Curtain Pass allows you the maximum flexibility at a low cost, so you cannot select your performance dates and seats months in advance the way you would with a traditional subscription package. Curtain Pass tickets will become available on the Tuesday prior to the opening of each ballet series. For example, Curtain Pass tickets for the October series Speed & Precision will become available on Tuesday, October 20, 2015.

You will receive an email alert with instructions to redeem your ticket online and the option to purchase $20 Bring a Friend tickets. You can also redeem your ticket at the theater box office.

Q: Got it, so which performances can I attend?

A: The Curtain Pass allows one admission to a Friday or Saturday evening performance of each ballet series, excluding George Balanchine's The Nutcracker™

Q: My friend and I both have Curtain Passes. Can we sit together in the theater?

A: Absolutely! At this time our ticketing service does not easily allow friends to select seats next to each other when redeeming their Curtain Pass tickets online. If you and your friend or spouse would like to be seated together, please email cross@paballet.org with your names and preferred performance night or visit the theater box office to make your seating arrangement.

Q: Will I be charged any ticket fees?

A: Ticket fees are included in the cost of your $50 Cutrain Pass. However, if you purchase any additional tickets (such as $20 Bring a Friend tickets) you will be charged a $6.50 processing fee per ticket by Ticket Philadelphia.

Q: Where do I pick up my tickets?

A: If you redeem your tickets online you can print them at home, or you can pick them up at will call at the theater box office. The Academy of Music and Merriam Theater Box Offices open 2 hours prior to ballet performances. Tickets for Academy of Music and Merriam performances may also be picked up at the Kimmel Center Box Office Sunday through Saturday 10am - 6pm.
